Booking Conditions
Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card number.
Payment can be made on site by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
Cancellation Policy
LOW SEASON (November to March)
NO CHARGE D-7 DAYS
If you cancel 7 days before your arrival, no charge will be made.
After this date, the full amount of your reservation will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee.
MID & HIGH SEASON (April to June and August to October)
NO CHARGE D-15 DAYS
If you cancel 15 days before your arrival date, no charge will be made.
After this date, the full amount of your reservation will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee.
VERY HIGH SEASON (July Festival)
NO CHARGE D-60 DAYS
If you cancel 60 days before your arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
After this date, the full amount of your reservation will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee.

Full payment on booking.

SHORTENED STAY – NO-SHOW
For any shortened stay notified during the stay, the stay is due in full.
No-shows: The full amount of the stay is due and will be deducted from the credit card used as a guarantee at the time of booking.
Insurance
To avoid any inconvenience in the event of cancellation, we suggest that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurance company or Mondial Assistance.

Rooms are available from 4pm and checkout time is 11:30am.
The house dates from the 17th century and does not have a lift. Upper floor rooms are easily accessed via the main staircase but for those who find stairs difficult, we recommend our ground floor double bedroom “La Monnaie du Pape”.
We can store your luggage after checkout until your departure time.
Free WIFI in the house.
For safety reasons, we regret that we are unable to welcome children under the age of 12 and thank you for your understanding.
No extra bed can be provided.
Pets are not allowed.
Bedrooms are non smoking.
In case of damage or lost of keys, compensation will be required and billed.
We reserve the right to charge for damage in the room or loss of keys.
